Pas. Glen & Sandra Dockins

Our Pastors

Senior Pastors Glen and Sandra (aka Pastor Pete) Dockins have been married for 27 years. They have 3 wonderful daughters with great spouses and 5 amazing Grandchildren.

Pastors Glen and Pete founded CFM Church in 2008. The first service was held in the living room of their home with 14 people in attendance.

Pas. Josh & Rebecca Addair

Worship Leader: Josh Addair

Josh Addair serves as our Worship Leader, bringing both heart and excellence to the way we lead people into the presence of God. He has a genuine passion for Jesus and a deep desire to see worship be more than just music, but a moment where people encounter God in a real and meaningful way.

Josh carries a strong pastoral heart for the team he leads, creating an environment of unity, growth, and authenticity among our worship musicians and vocalists. His leadership helps shape services that are focused, Spirit-led, and centered on Christ.

Above all, Josh’s goal is simple: to point people to Jesus and help the church engage in worship that is sincere, powerful, and life-giving.

First Impressions Team: Rebecca Addair

Rebecca Addair leads our First Impressions Team with warmth, excellence, and a genuine heart for people. She is passionate about creating an environment where every guest feels welcomed, seen, and valued from the moment they arrive.

Under her leadership, the First Impressions Team helps set the tone for our church experience—offering hospitality, guidance, and care that reflects the love of Jesus in practical ways. Rebecca is intentional about building a team culture that is friendly, attentive, and full of joy.

Her desire is simple: that every person who walks through our doors would feel at home and experience the love of Christ through the way they are received.

Payton And Amanda Spencer

CFMC STUDENT LEADERS

Payton and Amanda Spencer lead the CFMC Students group with a strong passion for seeing the next generation grow in their faith and relationship with Jesus. They are committed to creating a safe, fun, and Christ-centered environment where students feel known, valued, and encouraged.

Through intentional teaching, discipleship, and relational leadership, they invest in students not just on a weekly basis, but in everyday life moments that help shape lasting faith. Their leadership is marked by consistency, authenticity, and a deep love for students.

Together, Payton and Amanda are focused on helping students build a real foundation in Christ, discover their identity in Him, and learn how to live out their faith boldly in today’s world.

Pas. Joe & Ale Ayers

Executive Pastor

Joseph Ayers serves as the Executive Pastor at CFMC, helping provide leadership, direction, and support across the ministries of the church. He is committed to strengthening systems, equipping leaders, and ensuring the church operates with both excellence and health.

He and his wife, Ale Ayers, serve together with a shared heart for the church and a deep love for their community. They are blessed with two children and value family as a central part of their ministry and life.

For over 15 years, Joseph and Ale have faithfully served CFMC, investing their lives into the people, mission, and long-term growth of the church. Their leadership reflects consistency, dedication, and a desire to see the church thrive for generations to come.

David and Kristi Shisler

Usher Team Pastors

David and Kristi Shisler serve as the leaders of our Usher Team with faithfulness, warmth, and a strong heart for hospitality. They are passionate about helping create a welcoming and orderly environment where every person can experience a smooth and distraction-free worship service.

Through their leadership, the Usher Team plays a key role in serving the church with excellence—assisting guests, supporting service flow, and ensuring people feel cared for from the moment they walk in.

David and Kristi lead with humility and consistency, setting an example of servant-hearted leadership and a genuine desire to honor God by loving people well.

Misty Lang

Broadcasting Director

Misty has been a part of the CFMC family since 2012 and a member of the Morristown community since 2012. Misty has served in many positions at CFMC and officially took her title as Broadcasting Director in 2020. Misty also serves on our Marketing team at CFMC.

Danielle Kincannon

Intercessory Prayer Director

Danielle Kincannon serves as the Intercessory Prayer Director with a deep commitment to cultivating a culture of prayer within CFMC. She is passionate about seeking God on behalf of the church, its leaders, and its community, believing that prayer is the foundation for everything we do.

Under her leadership, the intercessory prayer team is strengthened and mobilized to consistently stand in the gap, covering the church in faith, unity, and spiritual focus. Danielle carries a sincere burden for people and a steady dedication to seeing God move through prayer.

Her heart is to see CFMC rooted in dependence on God, where prayer is not just a ministry, but the heartbeat of the church.

Danielle is married to Josh Kincannon. Danielle has been serving at CFMC for 14 years.

Chris & Laura Moore

Outreach Directors

Chris and Laura Moore serve as the Outreach Directors with a strong passion for reaching people beyond the walls of the church. They are committed to building bridges into the community and helping CFMC be the hands and feet of Jesus in practical, meaningful ways.

Through their leadership, outreach efforts are organized, intentional, and centered on compassion, meeting needs, serving others, and sharing the hope of Christ. Chris and Laura lead with a servant’s heart and a desire to see lives impacted both locally and beyond.

Their mission is simple: to love people well and make Jesus known through consistent acts of service and connection.

Chris and Laura have been married for 12 years. Together they have 4 children. They have been serving at CFMC since 2020. Before relocating to Morristown TN, Chris and Laura served many years in community outreach and street evangelism in Logan, WV.

Jessica Spencer

Jessica Spencer serves as the leader of the CFMC Kids Department, faithfully guiding our children’s ministry with passion, creativity, and a heart for the next generation. She is committed to helping kids grow in their understanding of God’s Word while creating a safe, engaging, and Spirit-filled environment where they can experience His love personally. Through her leadership, the CFMC Kids Department continues to disciple young hearts, support families, and raise up children who are confident in their faith and excited about church.
